I made it 2.25 miles Monday morning with my friends. My stomach is still pretty messed up from the food poisoning so I called it quits and have realized I might just be sentenced to the treadmill for the next few days so that I can stop at anytime when I need to.
After I put Brooke down to bed last night my stomach was feeling better and I did 9.75 miles at the gym (the gym treadmills don’t hurt my shins like my treadmill does… I don’t understand but it is what it is).
12 miles total for yesterday and the last 4.25 @ a 7:02 pace. The gym is sure crowded late at night.

Just a few more things about the trip!
-I am thrilled that my PureFlows were able to hang out in Thailand too. Running is proven to be the best way to see a new city (even if some of the time it was just me running back and forth to the gym to run on the treadmill;). Read more »
We are just going to go ahead and rewind all the way back until Saturday at the SLC airport when my mom and Brooke picked me up.
We had that whole ‘slow motion running towards each other’ thing when we saw each other. She giggled for 30 minutes straight. Usually, I get sad to leave vacation but not this time, I loved my trip so much but it feels so so so so so good to be back with the Brookers. Read more »
New thing I am doing—> taking a cooking class anytime I travel to a new place. This was legit and now I can make 5 Thai dishes. Come on over and I will make them for you. We did this one of the first nights I was there. It was a 4 hour class and we learned a ton about Thai cuisine.
